A 3 year Extended Hardware Warranty for your PBXact 400 Dual Power Supply appliance can be purchased for your product at anytime as long as your product is still under the initial included factory warranty which for PBXact systems is 1 year. By purchasing this 3 year Extended Warranty on the hardware you will receive the initial 1 year Warranty plus the extended warranty for a total of up to 4 years of warranty. Also included with this purchase is a Advanced RMA which allows you in the event of a system failure to have a new system shipped to you before we get the Appliance being replaced back to our offices but you will need to provide a Credit Card to Sangoma prior to us shipping the replacement product to be used in the event that we do not receive the defective hardware back within 30 days.
