XactView V3 requires the purchase of user licenses. They can be bought in packs of 20. Each user who will be logging into XactView V3 or any user you want displayed to other users will need a user license. This includes upgrades for 1 year of the XactView Software. For example if you have 25 users in your company and you want all 25 users to be able to use XactView and have their extensions displayed to other users then you will need to buy two of the 20 user packs.
